Example: grading flow

5. Review and approve

After automatic grading finishes, quickly review low-confidence answers. Make any needed corrections, then approve each question so results are ready to publish.

Review

On the review screen, the student's paper is on the left and the criterion the AI chose, the rationale, and the confidence rate are on the right. If the suggestion is correct, finish the review; if not, choose the right criterion and correct the score.

  • The Rationale and Confidence fields let you quickly check the AI decision.
  • The AI suggestion badge marks the selected criterion; if it is wrong, you can choose another.
  • Next (Unreviewed) takes you to the next answer waiting for review.
  • When all low-confidence answers are closed, the question is ready to approve.

Approve

When every answer on a question is Ready or Reviewed, a Ready to approve badge appears in the bottom bar. Press Approve to close that question.

All submissions reviewed — the question is ready to approve
  • Ready means an automatically acceptable answer; Reviewed means a manually checked answer.
  • The Approve button stays inactive until progress is 100%.
  • After all questions are approved, Publish Grades prepares the results screen.
  • After publishing grades, view the results and class statistics.
